The following are acceptable methods of payment.

Credit Card

Using your credit card is the fastest way to make a payment. Our secure server ensures that your Credit Card details are safe.

All of our customer details are treated with the utmost discretion and our mail order list will not be given to anyone. We accept Visa and Mastercard.


PayPal is the safe and easy way to make an online payment. PayPal allows anyone to pay any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts or account balances, without sharing financial information. If you make a payment with PayPal and use the funds from your Bank Account it will take 2-4 business days to process. Otherwise it is instant!

Direct Deposit

Paying via Direct Deposit usually takes 2-3 Business days for us to receive your funds. If you would like to pay Via Direct Deposit please select this option in checkout. When you confirm your order, you will receive an email with our Bank Account Details. Please put your Order Number when using your online banking in the payment description to reduce confusion.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a 50% charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. For cancellations without notice (ie no shows) we reserve the right to charge the entire fee as detailed below.

Order and Shipping information

All our products can be ordered together with any other Product/Category. Each Category has its own Postage Rate table if your order includes products from 2 different categories these rates will automatically be worked out for you and calculated together in checkout. You will receive an email with confirmation of your order. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your order, you will receive an order shipped confirmation email when your order has been shipped. We use Australia Post for our delivery service and they can take between 1-5 working days to deliver depending on your area.


Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within Australia, or in relation to postings from the Australia. All advertising is intended solely for the Australian market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. Force Majeure

If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we're here to help.

Change your mind?

We accept returns on most of our products, provided they are in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. If you have changed your mind, please send us an email and we will let you know where to send them. We will offer you store credit but we do not refund the shipping costs.

  • All change your mind returns must be received within 21 days.
  • All items must be unused, with seals intact and tags attached where applicable.
  • Customer must pay the shipping cost to return the items.
Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product has an issue with quality, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer you a replacement, refund or a store credit.

How do I return my order?

  2. Include your order email and the reason you would like to return your order.
  3. Address details will be sent to you on confirmation.
Express Post Delays

Currently, Australia Post is not guaranteeing next day delivery for express post parcels, however, it is still the fastest way to receive your parcel.

We will be posting all orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and period between Christmas and New Year.

Note: If your items do not arrive 2-3 days after shipment email is sent, please follow these steps:

Confirm your address

Please check that the address on your order shipment email is correct.

Track your order

Find your tracking number in the shipment email you received. Click the tracking number and it will take you to the Australia Post tracking website.

If it says delivered

Please check around your house for somewhere that Australia Post may have left your parcel also check with your local post office in case it has been taken back to the post office. Check if anyone else at the address has accepted or signed for the item.

No tracking details

If your tracking number is showing only "Received by Australia Post" please contact us.

Standard postage and handling charges

Standard Post – small $11, medium $15, large $19, extra-large $22

Express Post – small $15, medium $19, large $23, extra-large $30

Pricing and size limits based off standard Australia Post packaging. For parcels larger or heavier than an extra-large Australia Post box/satchel. Custom pricing may be charged.

Tracking your Order

Tracking your order is simple:

  1. You will receive a shipment email when we send your order.
  2. Find the tracking number link at the bottom of the email, click it.
  3. The Australia Post site will have the tracking details.

Please note: If you see no tracking details do not panic, Australia post does a bad job at showing all tracking statuses.
